Within this framework, the company decided to manage its growth and expansion operations across Europe from Malta. This process was successfully completed as of December 2025.
Following the initiatives launched at the beginning of 2024, REM People’s entry into Malta was carried out through a holistic approach covering market research, accurate market positioning, evaluation of suitable incentive programs, company establishment, and the structuring of growth strategies. The Malta office has been positioned as REM People’s operational and strategic hub in Europe.

Founded in 2015, REM People currently serves more than 70 global clients across over 40 countries through its regional offices in Istanbul, Dubai, London, Jeddah, Cairo, and Malta. Ali Dedei was promoted from Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Growth to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Barbaros Şengüler was promoted from Marketing Director to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Yasin Sunter joined REM People as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
