Onur Pekşen is a business leader and e-commerce expert with extensive experience in trade marketing, shopper insights, and category management.
He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hoopla, the first B2B e-commerce platformin Turkey designed to digitize traditional trade and HoReCa supply chains.
Prior to this, he held key leadership roles at Kellogg Company, Mondelēz International, and Unilever, where he specialized in route-to-market strategies, demand planning, and retail execution across GCC, Turkey, and MENA regions. With a strong background in commercial strategy, customer insights, and revenue management, he has successfully driven business growth, investment strategies, and digital transformation in retail.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marmara University and has a proven track record in optimizing sales performance through data-driven decision-making.
