Dilara San is an experienced customer success and analytics leader with over 10 years of expertise in market research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at REM People, she leads client engagement strategies and ensures the delivery of actionable insights.
Prior to this, she worked as a Market Research Manager at Yıldız Holding and held leadership roles at Nielsen and GfK, where she specialized in retail analytics, shopper behavior, and strategic consulting for global brands.
With a background in logistics systems management and engineering, she excels in leveraging data for business intelligence, category management, and performance optimization.
She holds a Master’s degree from Purdue University and has also studied at the University of California, San Diego.
