Yasin Sunter is a senior finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning, strategic reporting, and enterprise performance management. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at REM People, where he leads financial operations, performance monitoring, and strategic financial initiatives.
Before joining REM People, he served as Finance Director at DESİ Kimya and held progressive leadership roles at TD SYNNEX Turkey, including Finance Manager and FP&A Manager. Earlier in his career, he gained significant consulting and audit experience at KPMG Türkiye and EY, where he specialized in IFRS/US GAAP compliance, budgeting, ERP integration, and post-merger financial harmonization.
Throughout his career, Yasin has advised both domestic and international clients on financial transformations, risk management, IPO planning, and financial reporting system design. He is a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM)and has hands-on expertise in SAP, Oracle Hyperion, and strategic KPI modeling.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Marmara University.
