Sr Back-End Developer - Team Lead

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • 10 years of coding experience with minimum 6+ years proven hands on .NET web application development and 2+ years team management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET development, MVC, ASP.Net, C# , LINQ, Entity Framework, WCF, Web Services.
  • Solid Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL development and tuning experience.
  • Knowledge about SOLID & OOP & Design Patterns (including DI, IoC, etc.)
  • Collaborative development in a team environment.
  • Exhibit clear oral and written communication skills
  • Formal testing and software quality assurance experience, including hierarchical test cycle (unit test, integration test and user-acceptance test).
  • Experience with Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds, have practiced Agile/SCRUM.
  • Ability to estimate software development tasks given client requirements and assumptions; ability to work with Project Managers to develop task-level project plans and proposals.
  • Ability to develop secure solutions, deep knowledge of TFS/Git for code versioning.
  • Azure Cloud Services experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Atlassian Stack (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence) is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and tools is a plus.
  • VueJs knowledge is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and lead functional enhancements from design and architecture through development and unit testing.
  • Hands-on participation in the design, development, and testing of web applications using .NET Technologies based on agreed schedules and established best practices.
  • Design, build, test and deliver high quality, complex applications, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Design and build robust REST-based Web Services.
  • Actively participate for the selection and implementation of technology used on projects, and coordinate technical standards within a development team.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle of software products.
  • Influence peers and technical staff within the team and collaborate with internal customers and project teams across departments.
  • Be a part of teamwork, communication and collaboration to achieve results, and manage Back-End Development team.
  • Assist and support other team members on multiple projects and work closely with other team leads.
  • Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest appropriate improvements or alternatives, Implement code development best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to gather requirements across all phases and translate to design and planning deliverables
  • Experience developing software using a formal and structured development methodology

As our Customer Success Specialist, you will oversee and execute strategy of Rem People with the following responsibilities:

1. Managing customer projects with a thoroughgoing operation
  • Builds the project plan, prepares customers’ portal and dashboard for the undertaken project.
  • Performs regular controls in order to ensure the reliability of the data checked by Data Verification department.
  • Creates customer’s questionnaire in the REM’s system and performs necessary tests.
  • Shares the POS list on-time and in a correct way with Operation Planning team. Checks the reliability of the sample list.
  • Designs the customer dashboard with respect to her/his customer needs and company targets.
  • Gets the final customer’s approval for the designed dashboard and directs it to IT team in order for this one to be made going live.
  • In order to maintain the planning tight and control the budget, opens tasks in Basecamp quickly. Provides a complete and correct brief to the IT.
  • Prepares end-of-months reports and transmits them to her/his customers.
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Plans and performs business plans with her/his manager according to customers’ needs.
  • Ensures the continuity of the projects while understanding her/his customers’ needs.
  • Prepares informative, enlightening and insightful reports and presentations of ongoing projects quarterly and presents them to her/his clients.

As our Customer Success Executive, you will oversee and execute strategy of Rem People with the following responsibilities:

1. Managing customer projects with a thoroughgoing operation
  • Prepares project plan, portal and dashboard for the project in which he is responsible. It installs the necessary hierarchy in the system and updates it every month. Knows all the fields that the hierarchy change will affect in the system.
  • It enables the creation of the questionnaire with the customers in the projects for which it is responsible and revising if necessary.
  • The project shares the roadmap, project content information, question content and audit number with Data Control as soon as the project starts. It performs regular checks to ensure the reliability of the data checked by Data Control.
  • At the end of each month, s/he examines the objections received from the customer and checks how the objections are justified. If necessary, it controls the process and activates the relevant units.
  • Prepares a presentation on the data collection content of the questionnaire and product images, shares them with the agencies and ensures that the training document is kept up to date.
  • It ensures that the site starts both technically and in accordance with the accuracy of the project.
  • Have information about each step of the project, update the customer if necessary. Holds regular meetings with agencies.
  • Ensures and follows up the team's training and quality manager's training.
  • Designs the customer's dashboard in line with customer demands and company objectives.
  • It directs the designed dashboard to the software team for approval and implementation.
  • It conducts regular meetings to ensure continuous communication with the software team. As soon as the demand arises, BC immediately opens the business to manage time and budget. It gives BT a complete and accurate brief.
  • Prepares the month-end reports and sends them to the customer.
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Plans and performs business plans with her/his manager according to customers’ needs.

  • It sends the performance report about the employees of the supplier to the supplier on a monthly basis.
  • Provides agreement with the supplier at the end of the project.

3. To make sure that the assigned tasks to the field teams are complete and correct
  • Controls the tasks that are assigned to field teams in line with its goals and objectives.
  • Checks the accuracy of the tasks assigned to the field teams according to the information in the order list given by the customer success team at the beginning of the project and notifies the related managers if any.
