We are always looking for tomorrow. We support our employees to discover their own capacity and competencies. In REM People, all employees can have one-to-one sessions to plan their development and career. We consult them to improve their performance and design their next step in the company.
We are doing pulse check, 7/24! Every People and Culture member meets with each employee to check what is going well and what could go better. We are working to improve our employee experience.
We want to hear all employees! We conduct very detailed engagement survey which gives us data about how passionate our people, how much they engage to the company and how satisfied they are. We have our Rem Engage Team working on the results and create actions for creating happy working places.
We love to keep the connections. All employees are meeting with our Founders every quarter in a year. By this, all employees have a chance to direct their questions and messages to Founders.
We work on Objectives and Key Results together with our all employees. In REM, we can see digitally and contribute to all objectives of all departments. We value feedback. We seek an opportunity to give and receive feedback.
